Why do you need a Pregnancy Massage?
There are many benefits from receiving a massage during pregnancy.
These include:
Providing you with some “Me time” where you can completely relax and intuitively connect with your changing body
Allows you time to connect with your growing baby physically and emotionally
Eases general aches and pains which are common in pregnancy, particularly your lower back, pelvis, and shoulders
Helps to stabilise hormonal changes that present at each trimester as your pregnancy progresses
Helps to relieve and shift any extra fluid retention particularly in lower limbs
Promotes rest, eases anxiety and improves sleep patterns
I feel so happy and privileged to be able to care for pregnant women in the privacy of their own home, at a time that suits them, and allow them to totally switch off from all their other obligations and just be in their own relaxed space.
