Why do you need a Pregnancy Massage?

There are many benefits from receiving a massage during pregnancy.

These include:

  • Providing you with some “Me time” where you can completely relax and intuitively connect with your changing body

  • Allows you time to connect with your growing baby physically and emotionally

  • Eases general aches and pains which are common in pregnancy, particularly your lower back, pelvis, and shoulders

  • Helps to stabilise hormonal changes that present at each trimester as your pregnancy progresses

  • Helps to relieve and shift any extra fluid retention particularly in lower limbs

  • Promotes rest, eases anxiety and improves sleep patterns

I feel so happy and privileged to be able to care for pregnant women in the privacy of their own home, at a time that suits them, and allow them to totally switch off from all their other obligations and just be in their own relaxed space.
